grave misconduct

there are so many issues regarding the alleged sex video of hayden kho and katrina halili.

honestly, i didn't care. however, what caught me in the middle of the commotion is Bong Revilla's (i hate to call him senator) comments of removing Hayden Kho's license as a doctor.

it struck me, like what? are you out of your mind? did you ever think about this thing at all?

because for me, what Hayden Kho did is a mistake of a person and not of a doctor. there are no news regarding the use of Kho's profession to help put these scenes into video. i don't also think that these videos are done inside hospital or clinic premises. so, there should be no relation to Kho seducing these women as a doctor.

i am not in defense of Kho here. i think that it is only right that he be punished for what he did or whoever caused all of these.

i do not think that it is bad for Kho to video these things, if he were to keep it all to himself. also, i do not think that someone would even blast his/her sexual experiences into the internet now that we see how powerful it is.

i've made my point. give him, what, 10 days of imprisonment? or 100,000 fine? or deportation to Guam? give him whatever. but not remove his license which is not really fair.

there is a code of conduct for doctors which require them to act according to the highest moral standards. this is why Hayden could lose his professional license, even if what he did had nothing to do with his medical practice.

it's just unfortunate that his supposedly private videos were stolen and downloaded. it's also unfortunate that people have been quick to judge (and cast the stone) like they themselves are guilt-free. and of all people, Ramon Revilla? the guy may have no sex videos to show, but isn't his blatant womanizing just as immoral?
